If any of you need to tweak either your final project post(s) or any of your study guide posts, please do so before Wednesday night. After that I will begin grading and won't be accepting any changes to the blogs.
I am changing the number of required links to other project blogs to 5. I still want, however, 30 links total. I look forward to seeing your projects on Sunday night!
Wednesday is the last day of class. I want to thank all of my 02 students for the input in class on Monday. It was good stuff, and helped me to think through some important issues for Wednesday night. Thank you for allowing the Art Mobs group to try out our ideas. On Wednesday in class I want the other groups to tell us how your projects are taking shape. I look forward to the dialogue, and to learning more about what others are doing. And if you want my feedback before Sunday night, you're welcome to contact me after Wednesday (I can even meet you on campus; this applies to 01 [online] groups as well).
The group of students I'm working with is launching an event to showcase our use of mobile technologies for experiencing art. Please come (all of my students—both classes) to the event and experience art in a new way! Bring your mobile phone with you. If you attend I'll give you a free "A" study guide post to help pull up your average.
The event takes place this Wednesday, Dec. 8, at 8PM, on the 8th floor of the Main building. You can get details here.
Come join us, have fun, and earn easy extra credit!
Also: Remember that the final project is due next Sunday, Dec. 12.
I will be grading that project, along with the study guide posts I haven't yet graded, and any earlier posts you have redone (if you have gotten my permission to do so) on Wednesday and Thursday of next week (Dec. 15-16). I will not accept any new posts, or revisions of older posts, after the 15th.
